Savory Grille Newsletter: Fall 2011

The arrival of autumn delivers a whole new array of flavors to Savory Grille. Although there is bridge and road construction in the area, delays are minimal and the gastronomic rewards are well worth the drive.

You’ll enjoy raising your glass to seasonal tastes with a signature Autumn Pumpkin Martini or an amazing local brew, Weyerbacher Imperial Pumpkin Ale.
 
Plates brimming with flavor encompass fresh ocean catches and farm-style favorites: Halibut remains in high season and is simply gorgeous; dig into a prime New York strip steak or sample our veal Bockwurst.

Upcoming events at Savory Grille include a special wine dinner at 1 p.m. on November 20, and our annual classical cuisine celebration, which puts a tasty contemporary spin on traditional favorites, runs November 2 through 13.

As always, community activities keep us busy: We will be proud to participate in The Lehigh Valley Walk to Defeat ALS at Coca-Cola Park on October 22; The 22nd Annual March of Dimes Signature Chefs Auction takes place at the Wood Dining Room at Iacocca Hall, Lehigh University Mountaintop, Bethlehem, on November 7; and The 32nd Annual Parkettes Athletic Auction is being held at Holiday Inn Conference Center in Breinigsville on November 13.
